If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We arrange a free pickup, and your refund is completed within one week.

Cozy Cloud sells nightwear and loungewear. For hygiene reasons these items cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind. We do stand behind every piece we send, and the situations below are always covered.

When we accept a return

We will replace or refund an item if, on delivery, it is:

• damaged or defective;
• not the item you ordered; or
• a different size or colour from the one on your order.

How to raise a request

Email us within 7 days of delivery at cozycloudofficial1@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging showing the issue. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Refunds

If you receive a defective item, your refund is completed within one week.

• Once your request is approved we arrange a pickup at no cost to you.
• After the item reaches us and has been inspected, we send a replacement or issue the refund.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank may take a few days more to show the credit.

What we cannot accept

• Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
• Items returned without their original tags and packaging.
• Requests raised more than 7 days after delivery.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel any order before it is dispatched by emailing us, and we will refund it in full. Once an order has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled.

The colour you see on screen may differ slightly from the garment itself. Screen calibration, studio lighting and small natural variations in fabric printing all shift how a colour reads, and these are outside our control.
