Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colours may differ slightly from the photographs, and fabric, print placement and trims can vary marginally between pieces.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Prices and offers may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Payments are handled by our payment partners, and we do not store your card or banking details.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept by confirming it to you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, a price has been listed in error, or an order appears fraudulent. If we do, we refund anything you have already paid.

Returns and shipping

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy form part of these terms.

Your account

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.

Intellectual property

The photographs, text, designs and logos on this site belong to Cozy Cloud and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or extract data from it by automated means.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
