We ship across India.

Shipping charges

• Prepaid orders: shipping is free.
• Cash on Delivery: a COD handling fee applies. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 5 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on your pin code. Remote and hard-to-reach locations can take longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships we send a tracking link by email and SMS, so you can follow it to your door.

Delays

Courier delays, weather, regional restrictions and festive-season volumes can affect delivery times. Where a delay is known to us, we will keep you informed.

Address accuracy and failed delivery

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could be reached after the courier's attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further shipping charge may apply.
