Cozycloud Free Trial and Return Policy

Our free trial policy is simple - during the trial period if you don't like the product for any reason, we will offer a 100% refund. Just contact us on support@cozycloud.in and we will initiate the return process. Cozycloud will bear the shipping charges for the returns. Once a return is accepted, we initiate the refund process within 2 business days. Depending on the channel that was used for payment and mode of refund, it may take up to 7 working days for you receive the refund.

Trial period for products covered by this policy

  • Bounce Mattress - 30 nights free trial from date of delivery
  • Adapt Mattress - 30 nights free trial from date of delivery
  • Flip Mattress - 30 nights free trial from date of delivery
  • Adapt Pillow - 7 nights free trial from date of delivery
  • Flubber Pillow - 7 nights free trial from date of delivery

Conditions for return

  • The product is not damage or stained
  • Original invoice of the product is required for the refund to be initiated
  • The return in not initiated after the trial period

Cozycloud Refund Policy

For all products ordered online, we refund the amount back to the same account that was used to pay for the order. However, if the refund is happening after 30 days, refunding the amount back to your card may not be possible. In which case, we will initiate NEFT transfer to your Indian bank account. In case the order was paid for, using cash-on-delivery or card-on-delivery, we process the refund through NEFT transfer. In exceptional cases, where the customer does not have an Indian bank account and we are not able to credit the amount through other means, we will mail cheque/Demand Draft to the customer's address in India. Refunding in the form of hard cash or issuing cheques/Demand drafts in non INR currencies is not possible.

Who this warranty extends to

  • The limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and to the products purchased directly from Cozycloud.
  • Warranty is only applicable for the period of ownership
  • The warranty is not transferrable
  • A copy of the invoice is required to claim the warranty

What this limited warranty covers

Mattresses

  • Visible indentation greater than 1 inch
  • Physical flaws that cause the foam to split, crumble or crack

Pillows

  • Formation of lumps, undue compression

What this limited warranty DOES NOT cover

  • Common wear and tear issues like softening in some areas - it is recommended to rotate the mattress every few months to avoid these.
  • Defects to the cover & zipper assembly.
  • Any defects caused due to improper use of mattress/accessory or use without proper support.
  • Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
  • Damage caused by exposure to direct sunlight.
  • Purchases from unauthorized sources
  • Commercial usage - the warranty does not cover commercial use like hotels as the usage is heavy and often abusive.

Purchaser's responsibilities

  • Purchaser should return the defective product at his own expense.
  • Original proof of purchase should be attached.
  • The product should be shipped to the address mentioned at the bottom of this page.
  • All to-and-fro shipping and transportation costs that are part of the warranty Claim shall be borne by the Purchaser.

Cozycloud's responsibilities

  • In the event of a genuine defect, Cozycloud’s sole and exclusive liability will be to provide a repaired or a replacement mattress or accessory, at its own discretion.
  • Address the warranty claim within 30 days of receiving an eligible warranty claim.

Disclaimer, limitation on liability

To the extent permissible by applicable law, the mattress is provided “as is” and this warranty and any implied warranties are your exclusive warranties and replace all other warranties or conditions, express or implied. In no event will Cozycloud or its suppliers be liable for of procurement of substitute products or other special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising out of or related to the mattress or its use by you or any third party, whether under theory of contract, tort (including negligence), indemnity, product liability or otherwise. This limitation will apply even if Cozycloud has been advised of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Cozycloud’s total liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the mattress giving rise to such liability.

Arbitration and governing law

Applicable law will be exclusively such prevailing laws in the state of UTTAR PRADESH and the venue of arbitration will be exclusively limited to the City courts of UTTAR PRADESH

How do i initiate a return or warranty claim?

Are there any deductions as part of the refund process?

No, there are no reverse shipping charges or any deductions for the free trial period. Reverse shipping is handled by Cozycloud regardless of the location in India.

What happens to returned products?

As a policy we do not sell opened products to customers. The returned products are either donated or used in recycled or rebonded foams.

Why do you ask for pictures of the product on returns?

This is done to prevent abuse of the system.
